Returns
We want you to love your sneakers! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Sneakers must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact us at support@dripluxx.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of your refund status.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please email us at support@dripluxx.com.
Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
